I will also negotiate aggressively with the seller (the builder in this case)on pricing, and on upgrades. I have extensive experience in dealing with the various builders, and know the ins and outs of their pricing strategies.

If you do have a home to sell, I will offer a reduced listing fee in most cases, if representing you on both transaction sides! That is more money in your pocket, AND representation that you don't want to be without!
